ABOUT VANCE
Our Mission
At Vance Marketing, we believe great contractors shouldn't have to wonder where their next job is coming from. We build customer acquisition systems that consistently generate qualified opportunities, automate follow-up, and help home service businesses grow with confidence.
We don't try to be everything to everyone. We specialize in helping contractors generate more profitable jobs through Meta advertising, automation, and proven marketing systems.
WHY VANCE WAS CREATED
Our Why
We started Vance Marketing because we saw too many talented contractors relying almost entirely on referrals and inconsistent marketing. They built incredible businesses through hard work and craftsmanship, but many struggled to create a predictable pipeline of new customers.
At the same time, many marketing agencies focused on vanity metrics like clicks and impressions instead of what actually matters to business owners: booked appointments, profitable jobs, and long-term growth. Vance Marketing was built to bridge that gap.
THE DRIVING FORCE
Jack Kerrigan
Founder & Lead Growth Strategist

I founded Vance Marketing with one goal: helping home service businesses grow through marketing that is measurable, transparent, and focused on real business results. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Management from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. Rather than working across dozens of unrelated industries, I've chosen to specialize in home service businesses because their success depends on consistent lead flow, fast follow-up, and a repeatable customer acquisition process.
Today, I partner directly with contractors to build customized Meta advertising campaigns, automation systems, and reporting that help create more qualified opportunities while allowing owners to focus on running their businesses.

WHAT MAKES VANCE DIFFERENT
Why Vance
Vance Marketing is intentionally built to stay focused, personal, and accountable. We do not try to serve every industry, offer every marketing service, or take on as many clients as possible.

Instead, we work with a limited number of home service businesses so each client receives direct attention, thoughtful strategy, and consistent communication.

-
A Limited Client Roster: We take on a small number of clients so no business gets lost in a crowded agency system. This allows us to stay closely involved, respond quickly, and give each campaign the attention it deserves.
-
A Clear Industry Focus: We specialize in home service businesses. That focus helps us better understand contractor sales cycles, lead quality, service areas, margins, seasonality, and the importance of fast follow-up.
-
Specialized Services: We do not offer every possible marketing service. We focus on the systems that most directly support predictable customer acquisition: Meta advertising, lead follow-up automation, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
-
Direct Communication: Clients communicate directly with the people managing their strategy. There are fewer handoffs, less confusion, and no unnecessary layers between the business owner and the work being done.
-
A Small, Hands-On Team: Our size allows us to remain flexible, responsive, and closely connected to each client’s goals. Strategies are not passed through a large department or built from a generic template.
-
Customized Around the Business: Every strategy is shaped by the client’s services, location, margins, capacity, and growth goals rather than forcing every business into the same package.
-
Focused on Business Outcomes: We measure success through qualified opportunities, booked appointments, customer acquisition costs, profitable jobs, and long-term growth—not vanity metrics alone.
-
Transparent and Measurable: Clients receive clear communication, understandable reporting, and realistic expectations. We explain what is working, what needs improvement, and what actions are being taken next.
-
Continuous Improvement: Campaigns are monitored, tested, and refined over time. We use real performance data to make better decisions instead of relying on assumptions or a “set it and forget it” approach.
